Working with us

What kind of businesses do you work with?

Mid-market service providers and growing firms: accounting practices, contractors, logistics companies and agencies. If your work involves leads, quotes, schedules or repetitive admin, we can probably help.

I'm not technical. Is that a problem?

No. You know your business, and we translate it into marketing, software and automation. We explain decisions in plain language and show you working results every week.

What do you actually do?

Three things: digital marketing that brings in qualified leads, custom software that replaces spreadsheets and disconnected apps, and AI integrations that answer and route customers around the clock. Many clients start with one and add another.

What does the first conversation look like?

About 30 minutes on what's slowing you down. No pitch deck. You'll leave with at least one idea you can use, whether or not we work together.

Pricing & timelines

How much does a project cost?

It depends on what you need. Tell us what you need and after a short discovery we give you a fixed quote, so you know the price before anything is built.

How long does it take?

Focused first versions usually take a few weeks. Larger operational tools take longer, but you'll be using parts of them along the way. Campaigns can go live within days of agreeing the plan.

Do you charge monthly?

Software and AI builds are one-time projects. Marketing and support are optional, month to month, and cover running campaigns, hosting, monitoring, fixes and improvements.

Ownership & technology

Who owns the code, data and accounts?

You do. Ad accounts, analytics, code and data sit in accounts you control, with documentation.

What technology do you use?

Proven, mainstream tools chosen for the job. For the web that usually means TypeScript and React with static or serverless hosting. For AI we use established models behind your own accounts. We avoid anything that makes you dependent on us.

Can you work with the tools we already use?

Yes. Connecting existing tools is often the fastest win. If something we find is better replaced, we'll explain why and what it costs.

After launch

What happens if something breaks?

Systems on a support plan are monitored, so we usually know before you do. Fixes are covered by the plan.

Can we stop support later?

Yes. Support is month to month, and handoff includes everything another developer or agency would need.
